Hooters tournament raises $184K for Clemson University

FAYETTEVILLE, GA. -- Hooters of America, at its ninth annual Hooters Memorial Cup Golf Tournament at White Water Country Club here, matched $184,000 raised for the sports sciences degree program at Clemson University in Clemson, SC.

The tournament, which honors the memories of 1992 NASCAR Winston Cup champion Alan Kulwicki and Hooters staffers Mark Brooks, Dan Duncan and Charlie Campbell, has raised a total of more than $1 million for the Clemson endowment.
