New CPK foundation to benefit children

LOS ANGELES -- Supporters including stars from "The Sopranos," "The Practice," "Baywatch," "VH-1," "Nickelodeon" and the "Food Network" as well as Julia Ormond, Gabrielle Carteris, Barry Williams and Olympic athlete Carl Lewis joined Hollywood Mayor Johnny Grant recently to officially launch the California Pizza Kitchen Foundation.

A total of $150,000 was raised at the fund-raising event, which was held at CPK's flagship store at Hollywood and Highland with proceeds going to fund the foundation's E.N.R.I.C.H. program that assists children.
