LEBANON, TENN. -- CBRL Group Inc. said same-store sales for the four weeks ended May 26 fell 2.8 percent at its Cracker Barrel Old Country Store restaurants, where the average check was 0.8 percent higher. Same-store sales at the chain's gift shops declined 5.2 percent for the period. CBRL operates 542 Cracker Barrel outlets.
