LOS ANGELES -- California Pizza Kitchen said same-store sales for the second quarter ended June 30 were up 5.1 percent, vs. the year-ago period. The 137-unit casual-dining chain said it expects to report a 25-percent rise in revenue, to $75.6 million CPK increased its earnings-per-share estimate for the full year to between 85 cents and 88 cents, up 3 cents.
