OAK BROOK, ILL. -- McDonald's Corp. added chicken breast strips to its menu at locations nationwide. Served with a choice of low-fat honey mustard, spicy Buffalo or ranch dipping sauces, the strips are $2.89 for three strips, $4.39 for five strips and $7.99 for 10 strips. Before rolling out the product system-wide, the burger behemoth tested the strips in Columbus, Ohio; Charlotte, N.C.; New York; Denver; and Nashville, Tenn.
