MARYVILLE, TENN. -- Ruby Tuesday Inc., based here, introduced a new menu in most of the country featuring a jumbo lump crab cake "burger," USDA Prime beef burgers and a value-focused combination of small burgers and a salad bar.
The new combo features two Ruby Minis--2-ounce hamburger patties--fries and unlimited access to a salad bar for $8.99.
"It's an option for people who are looking for a great value," says Julie Reed, Ruby Tuesday's vice president of culinary.
The crab cake comes as a burger and an appetizer. Depending on the location, the burger runs between $10.49 and $11.99. The appetizer is $9.99 in all locations.

Another new seafood offering is Thai Phoon Shrimp, served in metal cone lined with wax paper and filled with shredded lettuce for $7.99. The shrimp is fried and tossed in sweet-and-spicy chile sauce.
A new Triple Prime Burger, prepared with 100-percent USDA Prime, nonfrozen beef is priced between $9.49 to $9.99, depending on the location.
Ruby Tuesday operates 842 company-owned and franchised locations in the United States and 48 international locations.
