BATON ROUGE, LA. -- Piccadilly Restaurants LLC has hired former Shoney's executive David Stidham as vice president of marketing.
Stidham has more than 10 years of experience in hospitality industry brand management, sales and advertising. Most recently he was director of marketing for the 290-unit Shoney's family-dining chain, based in Nashville, Tenn.
