SEATTLE -- Seattle's Best Coffee LLC, an 83-unit subsidiary of Starbucks Corp., said Borders Inc. had agreed to operate Seattle's Best cafes in more than 400 existing Borders Books & Music stores. All cafes currently in Borders stores will be converted to Seattle's Best units, and all new Borders locations will include one of SBC coffeehouses, officials of the chain said.
