BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF. -- Restaurant and foodservice executives will meet in October to share some of the latest recruiting strategies during the annual conference of the Association of Hospitality Recruiting Executives.
AHRE was formed six years ago as a nonprofit organization of corporate recruiters dedicated to the advancement of recruiting skills, standards and practices in the hospitality industry. The organization's members represent more than 80 companies.
Guest speakers for the Oct. 3 gathering will include executive coach and author Susan Steinbrecher, founder, president and chief executive of Steinbrecher and Associates Inc., and Teresa Siriani, president of People Report, a Dallas-based firm that tracks human resources programs for restaurant companies. A panel of industry executives also will discuss best practices in roundtable discussions.
