Nation's Restaurant News, August 28, 2000
PLANO, TEXAS -- Bennigan's Grill & Tavern extended its weekday express-lunch program, originally launched 14 years ago to target busy workers, to Saturdays and Sundays. It hopes to attract diners who are just as busy on the weekends as they are on the other days.
The casual-dining chain's "Time Crunch Lunch" guarantees that meals not served within 15 minutes of being ordered will be free. The offer is good between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
