Craft wins Cargill 'Joy to the Plate' sweepstakes

WICHITA, KAN. -- Cargill Meat Solutions awarded executive chef Kenneth Craft of Classic Catering and Events in Bridma, Mich., the grand prize in the "Joy to the Plate" sweepstakes. Craft won an all-expenses paid trip for him and a guest to The Culinary Institute of America's 2006 Worlds of Flavor International Conference at the CIA's Greystone campus this fall.
