SOMERS, N.Y. -- The Pepsi Bottling Group has elected Eric J. Foss chief operating officer. In his new capacity Foss is responsible for PBG's U.S. and Canadian businesses, worldwide manufacturing operations, corporate strategy and worldwide information technology. Previously, he held the post of president of PBG North America.
