Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedNRAEF offers prize money for online quiz program

CHICAGO -- Undergraduate students pursuing a degree to work in the foodservice industry can compete for $500 scholarships via an online multiple-choice quiz offered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation in partnership with the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation.
Up to $60,000 in scholarships will be awarded trough 2009 under the new NRAEF Restaurant Management Scholarship Quiz.

The quizzes, offered monthly, are based on content taken from the ManageFirst Program, a college-level restaurant and foodservice management program. More information is available at www.cksf.org.
