SEATTLE -- Starbucks Corp., citing the popularity of its holiday gift offerings, said same-store sales at company-operated restaurants had risen 11 percent for the five weeks ended Dec. 28, which reflects the chain's highest December same-store sales growth since 1992. For the 13 weeks ended Dec. 28, same-store sales rose 10 percent.
