SAINT FRANCIS, WIS. -- Ingredient supplier Wixon Inc., has named Judson McLester corporate chef. In his new role, McLester will be responsible for research and development, creating ingredient and flavor systems and directing culinary and technical presentations to key accounts. McLester, who has 25 years of industry experience, is a founding member of the Research Chefs Association.
