Nation's Restaurant News, Oct 14, 2002

BOULDER, COLO. -- The Cooking School of the Rockies, founded in 1991, has obtained national accreditation through the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training for its education and training programs.

The council approved a three-year grant of accreditation for the school, the highest possible grant for any first-time applicant, said Joan Brett, director of the school here.

The Cooking School of the Rockies offers professional culinary classes, including pastry-arts and chef tracks, along with personal cooking and corporate team-building classes.
