National Starch names Coffin development chef

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. -- National Starch Foodservice, based here, named Daniel Coffin its first foodservice development chef. In his new post he will work with foodservice and restaurant chefs and develop recipes using specialty starches and advanced ingredients. Coffin graduated, from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI., with a bachelor of science degree in culinary nutrition.
