Celine Plano was named executive pastry chef at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. A native of Southwestern France's Basque region, Piano has worked for Ritz-Carlton since 1997 and at the San Francisco outpost since 1999, starting as assistant pastry chef. Most recently, she was pastry chef of The Dining Room, the hotel's signature restaurant.
