"What creates success at Red Robin is the people skills and the leadership skills, and then it's the technical and fundamental activities--running good costs, good ticket times, making good production schedules and managing all the other zillions of things a general manager must do in the course of a day. Mark is very proficient at all of those. He has a great balance between the people skills and all the technical and functional skills.
