ANNAPOLIS, MD. -- The trends and expectations of culinary educators will be discussed in Las Vegas at the second annual food educators summit, to be held from Jan. 28 to Jan. 30.
Also to be discussed at the conference, titled "Culinary Classroom: 2005," are new kitchen technologies, kitchen design, menus, industry relations and customer relations.
