Houlihan's to roll out 9-item low-carb menu

LEAWOOD, KAN. -- Houlihan's said it would introduce a menu section of low-carbohydrate items Feb. 16 at corporate-owned and selected franchised units of the 78-branch casual-dining chain. The nine-item menu will include shrimp skewers, grilled salmon, a burger and top sirloin. Entrees will come with the chain's California Mashers--mashed cauliflower, butter, cream cheese and roasted garlic.
