Two buyout firms may vie for U.S. Foodservice

NEW YORK -- Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Inc. and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. may be bidding for U.S. Foodservice, or USF, the second-largest U.S. broadline distributor, according to Bloomberg.com. USF, which is owned by Royal Ahold, is valued at $6 billion.
