Fishery Products names Halloran corporate chef

DANVERS, MASS. -- Frozen-seafood supplier Fishery Products International Inc. named Brian Halloran corporate chef, director of culinary. In his new capacity, Halloran is responsible for daily product-development activities of the Danvers development team. He also will give culinary support to FPI sales groups.

Most recently Halloran was manager of culinary production at Brown University in Providence, R.I. In addition, he worked in Roger Verge's Moulin de Mougins in Mougins, France, and Locke Ober Cafe in Boston.
