Phillips appoints marketing head

Phillips Seafood Restaurants has named Honey Wallerstein the company's new corporate director of marketing.

Wallerstein will operate out of Phillips' Washington, D.C., restaurant and corporate office, handling advertising and marketing for the corporation's six units.

Before her association with Phillips, Wallerstein worked with Champions Restaurants & Sports Bars, Morton's of Chicago steak houses, Uptown Bakers, Copeland's of New Orleans and the Kennedy Center restaurants.
