BOSTON -- The Au Bon Pain Co. has announced the appointment of Mark Borland to executive vice president in recognition of his increased responsibilities for the bakery cafe chain's operations. company retail functions, manufacturing, and the support groups of purchasing, MIS, recruitment, human resources and training.
