ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. -- L. Karp & Sons L.L.C., a manufacturer of specialty food products for the bakery, dairy, foodservice and ice-cream industries, purchased Plus Marketing, a bakery-deli distributor based in Detroit.
Terms were not disclosed. Karp now has a total of nine distribution warehouses.
