DALLAS -- Soft-drink conglomerate Cadbury Schweppes restructured top management and named Todd Stitzer president and chief executive of its Dr. Pepper/seven Up Inc. subsidiary.
Stitzer, a member of Cadbury Schweppes since 1983, will oversee day-to-day management of all soft-drink operations in North America. Stitzer, who previously held marketing, legal and strategic planning posts for Cadbury Schweppes in London, was part of the strategic team that negotiated the acquisition of the Dr. Pepper/Seven Up Cos. in March 1995. He will report to John Brock, managing director, worldwide beverages, Cadbury Schweppes PLC, the London-based parent of Dr. Pepper/Seven Up.

Both Kilduff and McGrath will report to Stitzer.
