MADISON, Ga. - Apple South Inc., a 42-unit Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar franchisee, is consolidating its offices into an expanded facility here.
The franchisee said it would close its office in Greenville, S.C., and would be transferring the responsibilities of the 21-person Greenville work force to Madison, Ga., where the company now employs 14 individuals.

Apple South said $1 million worth of construction and consolidation already has begun on the expansion of the Madison headquarters, which will be completed during the third quarter of the year. The company said all executive and administrative functions would be in one central location by the end of 1992.
