HOUSTON -- Dave & Buster's, the food and entertainment concept with two units in Dallas, has opened its first operation here. The location includes a tablecloth restaurant, a blackjack casino, a six-lane regulation bowling alley, 18 pocket billiard tables, video games, pinball machines and seven 22-foot shuffleboard tables. The operation also houses a diner-style nightclub called "The Bop."
