James River to sell flexible packing arm

RICHMOND, Va. -- Paper products manufacturer James River Corp. said it would attempt to sell its Flexible Packaging and CZ Inks businesses.

The company retains its fiber-based folding-carton paperboard and foodservice operations.

The divisions for sale generated about $540 million in sales in 1995.
