ATLANTA -- America's Favorite Chicken Co. and Houston-based Star Enterprise agreed to open AFC's Churchs and Popeyes chicken restaurants in an unspecified number of Star's 500 Texaco-brand service stations. The first unit, combining a Popeyes with a Star Mart, is slated for a February opening in Longwood, Fla.
