Delaware North to share Nashville arena

Nation's Restaurant News, Sept 16, 1996

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The city has built a new arena in the hope that it can convince the National Hockey League to award it an expansion franchise.

However, even though the building doesn't yet have a major tenant, it may have two foodservice contractors.

Delaware North already has been hired to design and manage all food concessions and restaurants at the arena. According to DataTimes, Delaware North is negotiating with Levy Restaurants Corp. to share the contract.

Jeremy Jacobs Jr., executive vice president of Delaware North, said his company would not give up control of any restaurants or catering at the arena but would share management with Levy.
