MELVILLE, N.Y. - Country Hospitality Corp., franchisor of Country Kitchen restaurants, and Captain's Cottage Franchise Co., franchisor of the 21-unit Pancake Cottage, have inked a subfranchise agreement.

Under its terms, Captain's Cottage becomes subfranchisor for the New York counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Kings. Captain's Cottage will remodel existing units to match Country Kitchen's interior and exterior and will offer 20 additional Country Kitchen units on Long Island in the next three years.
