Chinese operators blast study's unhealthful label; as business drops, angry restaurateurs charge cuisine was unfairly represented

At China Coast, General Mills' growing Chinese concept, business has also remained steady despite the bad press. "People are asking more questions, and that's good," said spokeswoman Cathie Weinberg. "If they want to know, we'll give them the answer -- which positions us well. We cook everything to order."

Weinberg said China Coast was already in the process of nutritionally analyzing the contents of the food, which will be available to customers as soon as it's completed.
