ATLANTA -- Alan Plassche, president and chief operating officer of Canteen Corp., a high-volume non-commercial operatior, has been named president and chief executive officer of ComSource -- a cooperative of 125 independent foodservice distributors.
Plassche succeeds the retiring, president, Shannon Talley, at ComSource and will officially assume the post Jan. 1.
