Nation's Restaurant News, Nov 18, 1996

LEXINGTON, Ky. - John Cranor, who earlier this year became president and chief executive of Long John Silver's, was named to the additional post of chairman of the 1,400-unit, privately owned seafood chain. He replaces Rolf Towe, who remains a director.

In addition, former Einstein Bagels chairman Kyle Craig, who, like Cranor, is a past president of KFC, was elected to the LJS board of directors.
