Surf & Turf converts to Redfish

CHICAGO - Restaurant Development Group has converted its former Surf & Turf steak house to Redfish, a Louisiana-themed restaurant reminiscent of a Southern roadhouse.

The menu encompasses Southern, Cajun and barbecue styles, under the direction of Keith Mahoney, who came to the company from Criolla's in southern Florida.

Live and recorded music from Southern rock and zydeco co bands adds to the road-house house atmosphere, with live bands playing on a small "front porch" stage in the center of the dining room.
