LATROBE, Pa. - The Italian Oven Inc., under Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court since Oct. 21, reported a sale of its assets. It lost $2.9 million on revenues of $6 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenues comprised $5.57 million in restaurant sales and franchise fees and royalties o $569,000.
