Gol-Pak to relocate marketing division

Nation's Restaurant News, Dec 23, 1996

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - Gol-Pak, a processor of poultry, beef and pork products, has transplanted its marketing offices here from Rocky Mount, N.C.

The company said the move was instituted to place the marketing personnel closer to the company's primary poultry-processing facility in Monterey Tenn.

Separately, the company said it has broken ground on a 15,000-square-foot expansion to its Monterey facility. The expansion will house a research-and-development center, a test kitchen and a USDA-inspected pilot plant. The center will be headed up by Robert Naegel, director of research and development.
