Smith & Wesson recently rolled out the Smith & Wesson Club 1852.
According to company officials, the club is a customer loyalty program designed to reward Smith & Wesson firearm owners. Members receive a membership kit with a card, keychain, embroidered patch, CD-ROM entitled Firearm Safety and You, the 2004 Smith & Wesson product catalog and the apparel and accessory catalog. The club's quarterly newsletter is also included.
Members will also receive information regarding new products and services, and will be able to participate in events and S&W Club 1852 dealer promotions.
"Smith & Wesson Club 1852 is just part of the overall plan to continue to reward our customers," said Roy Cuny, Smith & Wesson president and CEO. "The program allows the company to deepen our awareness of customers' interests, needs, profiles and buying patterns. This program will also allow management to evaluate the impact of specific sales and marketing initiatives."
