I would like to share a recent experience I had with Columbia River Knife and Tool Co (CRKT).

A couple of Christmases ago my wife gave me a CRKT tactical knife. It is an excellent tool and quickly became a part of my daily wardrobe. But through carelessness, I lost a screw from the belt clip. In a panic, I found the CRKT Website and an 800 number. When I called CRKT with credit card in hand, a pleasant young lady answered and listened to my whining.

She asked if I had lost the clip. When I told her no, just one of the screws, she asked if that was all I needed. I told her I would like three screws for future spares. She then asked for my shipping information, then thanked me! I asked her if that was all she needed, and she replied yes and thanked me again! No charge

Five days later the screws arrived. Thanks CRKT!
