Remington presents awards at Worldwide Sales meeting - Industry Bulletin Board

Remington Arms presented its annual sales awards in November during the company's annual Worldwide Sales meeting in Madison, N.C.

The awards were presented to recognize individual salesmen and sales agencies for their accomplishments during 2002.

Remington Salesman of the Year: Jason Vanderbrink; Agency: The Cullerton Co.,. Warrenville, Ill.

Remington Agency of the Year: Bliss-Murski Sales., Dallas, Texas.

Remington Firearms Salesman of the Year: Ken Waite III; Agency: Stonewood LLC, Trumbull, Conn.

Remington Ammunition Salesman of the Year: Ted Drysdale; Agency: Bliss-Murski Sales.

Remington Accessories Salesman of the Year: Rob Moershell; Agency: BlissMurski Sales.

International Salesman of the Year: Juan Ruiz de Velasco. Territory: Spain, Portugal.

Agency Salesman of the Year; Ken Waite III: Agency: Stonewood LLC; Herb Jeane, Agency: Bliss-Murski Sales; and Ric Beutel; Agency: Maschmedt & Associates Inc., Seattle, Wash.

In addition, special recognition awards were presented to two Remington employees. Kevin Cornell was recognized for years of conscientious service to his national accounts, and Lisa Kemp was honored by the sales agencies with the Field Sales Appreciation Award for her efforts in assisting the agencies.
