RSR opens new warehouse in Texas

RSR Group announces the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas, which began operations on Feb. 21.

The new facility will allow RSR Group to centralize all of its inventory and service dealers across the U.S. more efficiently, according to RSR officials. Through the centralization of its warehouse operations, RSR will be able to expand its product offerings and achieve greater efficiency with vendors and customers by having merchandise stored and shipped from one location.

"We're very excited about the opening of our new Super Center in Texas," said Bob Steger, RSR president and CEO. "We will be able to provide our dealers with enhanced freight programs and improved service as a result of our investment in new warehouse technology."

RSR's five sales centers will continue sales operations as usual. The New York, Florida and Nevada warehouse operations will be closed, however. On Feb. 25, the RSR family of companies merged into the parent company, RSR Group Inc.
