Swarovski Optik promotes service rep - Industry Newsmakers

Dawn A. Lorello has been promoted to customer service representative at Swarovski Optik North America. Since joining Swarovski in March of 2001, Lorello has held the position of customer support specialist, servicing Swarovski Optik's national dealer network and consumer base.

In Lorello's new role, she will handle full customer service functions to include handling of inside sales and support activities of several rep groups and dealer territories, as well as oversight responsibilities for customer service.
