Ruger announces special serial numbers for Vaqueros - Industry Watch

One company that has benefited greatly from cowboy action shooting is Ruger. The Ruger Vaquero single-action revolvers are; by most accounts, the most popular handgun used in the sport. Now, Ruger is offering customers the option of purchasing the revolvers with consecutive serial numbers.

The offer is being made in response to numerous requests from customers, Ruger says. The opportunity to purchase Ruger Vaqueros with consecutive serial numbers will be popular with cowboy action shooters, shooting clubs and firearm collectors.

The handguns included in the offer are Vaqueros and Bisley Vaqueros with Rosewood grips, Bisley Vaqueros and Bird's Head Vaqueros with simulated Ivory grips, and Bird's Head Vaqueros with Black Micarta grips.
