Miller Arms merges with Dakota Arms

Miller Arms Inc. has merged with Dakota Arms Inc. Miller Arms manufactures single-shot actions and custom rifles. Last year, Dakota Arms acquired Nesika Bay Precision Inc., producers of bolt actions and rifles.

Cyle Miller will assume the duties of vice president for research and development for the combined company.
