Bushnell acquires Simmons Outdoor

Bushnell Outdoor Products and MidOcean Partners, a middle market private equity fund, announce Bushnell's acquisition of the Simmons brand and certain other assets of Simmons Outdoor Corp. from Meade Instruments Corp. The acquisition includes riflescopes, binoculars and spotting scopes.
