The Page-Perfect kit is a simple two-step method of concentrating, cleaning and preparing protein solution for loading on gels. By simply treating (1-100mL) protein solution with Universal Protein Precipitation Agent results in the quantitative precipitation of the protein solution. Protein precipitation is not affected by the presence of detergents, chiaotropics, or other common laboratory agents, and is collected by means of centrifugation and washing to remove interfering agents. The protein precipitate is suspended in the sample-loading buffer for loading on the gel for electrophoresis.
