The ImmunoCard Mycoplasma, a rapid enzyme immunoassay, is an in-vitro qualitative procedure for the detection of IgM to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in human serum. This simple self-contained device with color-change technology is used in the diagnosis of early/acute disease phase. The four-step procedure provides results within nine minutes with 88% sensibility and 90% specificity.
