Leukocyte removal filter system - Industry Update: New Products/New Technology

The SEPACELL leukocyte removal filter, designed to provide effective leukocyte depletion, is made of nonwoven web of polyester fibers: the coarse, thick prefilter for removal of microaggregates and layers of fine, thin main filter. Removal of cells in both parts is by entrapment between and adherence to fibers.
